Our assembly boards and testing tables meet the ergonomic expectations of even the most demanding customers. The testing station can be set to a barcode reader with output to a printer or any database to send an evaluation of your production. Part of our testing is also labeling the cable harness with a tag, mechanical or thermal marking, or laser.

Testing tables

Size: From desktops for simple cable connectors to large testing tables for complex testing of cabin or engine harnesses. Simply everything you need.
Shape: We offer various shapes of tables. With inclinations of 15° or 45°. Bent at an angle or straight.
Modularity: Table size based on your needs.
Assembly-testing boards: Allow assembly and testing simultaneously. You can choose from different sizes. From 600x600mm to 1200x1200mm. Anything in multiples of 600 and 1200mm.

Detection: Everything that's needed. Short circuits, interruptions, missing connections, or complete optical inspection.
Documentation: Before and after testing. Barcode reading, label printing, and more.
Support: For application and service. We will be at your side during standard cable testing as well as emulation tests. For tests, we use Weetech testers.

Testing modules and adapters are a key part of the interface between the tested harness and the electrical tester. Adapters can also be designed for high-voltage and high-current applications.

Optical inspection

Optical inspection allows the detection of presence, location, and color of wires using cameras and optical sensors.

An important feature of these tests, compared to contact testing, is rapid adaptability and high flexibility in detecting parameters without the need for expensive hardware investments, including the ability to monitor multiple parameters at once.

Our equipment significantly eases your work during the manufacturing process and ensures maximum flexibility in dividing testing and assembly steps. Thanks to traceability, it guarantees a comprehensive and above all complete test. They can handle all procedures such as screwing, setting up covers, assembling plastic parts, fuses, sensors, onboard computers, and the like.
